About You : As the Maintenance Technician I I , you are part of Best People. You will work with other maintenance personnel utilizing our Best Systems, to complete and supervise project work including fabrication, installation, welding, grinding, painting, using hand tools and power tools . You apply expertise in industrial facility maintenance to perform all work safely while setting an example for quality and laying out the map for your team’s success. You help us to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produce Best Results. Necessary Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Necessary Experience: Demonstrated proficiency using maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint , MP2 or Maximo Experience perform ing work safely both indoors and outdoors. Experience and willingness work ing weekends. Experience and ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs. Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
