Description Robert Half is offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Clerk at our Georgetown location. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our logistics operations by efficiently processing customer applications, maintaining detailed customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role also requires proactive monitoring of customer accounts and prompt action when necessary. This is for a 2nd shift opening, 5:00pm to 2:00am with potential overtime and some weekend hours. Apply today to be considered! Responsibilities: Efficiently handle dispatch operations, ensuring smooth logistics flow. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly resolving customer inquiries and issues. Maintain meticulous records of customer credit applications. Utilize office suite programs to perform daily tasks. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Use effective communication skills for clear and concise information transmission. Comfortably manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work overtime as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. Solve problems as they arise, showing initiative and resourcefulness.
