Description Robert half is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources management principles and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to foster a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding new employees Ensure the HRIS is consistently updated and maintained for accurate data management Work closely with managers across departments to establish performance management systems that are in line with our organizational objectives Facilitate training sessions on OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards to foster a safe work environment Contribute to project management tasks related to HR policies and programs Leverage systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce for various HR operations to increase operational efficiency Offer assistance on employee relations matters and mediate conflict resolution when required.Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS software is highly desirable.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Experience in performance management processes and tools is an asset.
Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures is beneficial.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
