This position will be full-time and remote.What You'll NeedRequired:
8 years' experience with network facilities and data processing techniques, of computer hardware and software, of network operating system and security software, and of performance monitoring and capacity management tools
8 years of extensive knowledge and experience using LDAP/Windows Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Hypervisor Experience with Hyper-V and VMware
8 years of knowledge and experience in administering Windows Systems (Group Policy, Kerberos, NTLM, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, PXE), Linux, Network Administration, IT Governance, and Security/Privacy policies and tools. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, DN
Experience supporting the following: Ansible, SFTP/FTPS, Kubernetes and open-source software. Ability to direct and organize work activities
Strong ability to identify problems/issues, analyze and evaluate alternatives and recommend/implement effective solutions
Solid hands-on experience supporting Windows and Linux systems on AWS cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, etc)
Experience providing server and application support on a 24X7 on-call basis and on a rotating schedule basis. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Experience with server hardware equipment replacement/upgrades
Experience with ITIL - ticketing using Remedy and ServiceNow
Preferred:
Ability to prepare concise written reports appropriate to the audience
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to plan and coordinates server maintenance activities with TIERS Data Center Contractor and CSPs services, including security patching and other activities related to the TIERS Security Program. May assist in Data Center Maintenance Coordination
Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise. Experience installing and implementing SQL Server clustered environment
Experience managing Web Application Firewall system (Imperva and/or AWS WAF)
