Description Robert Half Lexington is offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative/Manager in Frankfort, Kentucky. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking customer data, managing customer orders, and developing relationships with other businesses and individuals. The candidate will work with a variety of customers (individuals and businesses/distributors) and should be comfortable identifying warm sales opportunities while communicating with clients. Daily usage of Excel, email/phone correspondence and using their client CRM/Ordering database will be the foundational skills in this role. Apply today to be considered! Responsibilities: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track customer data, orders, parts, and other necessary information Operate proprietary software to look up orders, parts, and serial numbers Manage warm calls, dealing with customer service inquiries and issues Follow up on all missing information on customer or make warm follow up calls Inform dealers about discounts and deals, fostering relationships on the dealer side Handle a small number of incoming phone sales and calls Respond to client/customer emails, and follow up with a call when necessary Exhibit independent thought and proactive behavior in managing customer service tasks At a later stage, manage a subordinate as the company continues to grow. Skills required: Proficiency in CRM, Management System, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling Excellent Client communication skills Proven Customer Service skills Ability to Resolve Customer Service issues effectively and efficiently via prior Customer Service Call Center experience or CSR Team Lead experience Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably at a senior level Proficiency in using CRM and Management Systems Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling Excellent client communication abilities Ability to provide high-quality customer service Proficiency in resolving customer service issues Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High level of professionalism and ethical standards Willingness to continually learn and improve skills in customer service and related software tools.
