Senior Manager: Content and Creation

Our client, an NYC-based non-profit organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Communications. The hours are 8:30am/9am-5:30pm/6pm (need flex) and this role is fully remote (in person team meeting once every two months).Responsibilities:Develop content and create innovative external story-telling campaignsWrite and edit content to build a compelling and consistent voice/visual across all platformsWork closely with the development department to provide marketing and research support for sponsorship opportunitiesOversee social media strategy and field media/press opportunitiesWork closely with sales/programming teams to coordinate cadence of strategic messagingQualifications:8+ years of Marketing/Communications experienceStrong commitment to disability inclusion and advancementSalesforce experience a plusCompensation/Benefits:Up to $110K base depending on experience 3 medical plans: $100 for employee only for basic plan (company will pay 75% of the costs)12 paid holidays, 20 days PTOSummer Fridays (between Memorial Day and Labor Day)401K with match up to 5%Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
