The Home Health Quality Assurance Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantialThe Home Health Quality Assurance Clinical Lead develops policies, procedures and methods to check operational quality and improve same. Trains and/or coaches staff and management in areas such as quality improvement, process management and reliability science. Maintains communications with administration, medical staff and department heads regarding quality assurance activities. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Use your skills to make an impactRequirement: RN

Bachelor's degree

2 or more years management/leadership experience as a supervisor, manager or director

Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

2 or more years experience working in a managed care field

Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

Ability to exercise judgement and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
