Job DescriptionOur team represents the GPO organization for Deal Management, and as such, applicants must understand the transactional flow through Oracle’s quote and contract systems. Must have experience with Project Management, Data Analysis, Quoting Systems, and Contract Assembly.In addition, applicants must possess the following:

Strong ability to lead discussions, collaborate, and effectively work with cross-functional teams and business partners (Deal Management, Global Revenue Operations, Order Management, Technical Development teams, etc.)

Demonstrated fluency in complex business processes and system functionality (CPQ, DAS, Q etc.)

Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business

Ability to navigate shifting business priorities while balancing multiple projects and tasks

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to analyze data and/or process to propose efficiency gains

Capacity to assess situations objectively and take strong positions when necessary

3-5 plus years relevant work experience

Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.Detailed Responsibilities:

Project Management

Comfortable working under an Agile methodology setting where the focus is to deliver work/initiatives that add value iteratively and projects/milestones are achieved through sprints

Lead and participate in multiple projects simultaneously by maintaining project documentation and ensuring on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones

Responsible for the successful Validation, Understanding, and Execution of projects, such as strategic initiatives and individual enhancements to the systems or processes

Ability to think big picture and then quickly pivot to understanding what needs done to achieve it

Serve as a liaison between business partners and IT to lead system and process implementation strategies

Represent global Deal Management processes and systems by being the go-to person for technical flows and related changes

Ability to provide regular status readouts to business partners and leadership (utilizing Zoom, Confluence, Jira, and PowerPoint)

Capable of working independently with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and deliver great solutions to the business.

Work with Mgmt to establish success criteria and metrics to monitor and ensure post go-live ROI is realized for the business

Business Analytics

Ability to understand complex business flows and problem statements, and develop them into technical solutions

Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements

Ability to investigate and summarize bugs and issues, with a focus on timely updates

Proficiency with excel is preferred (pivots, formulas, vlookups, etc)

Release Management

Develop and execute test plans for functionality releases to the systems

Ability to document and deliver comprehensive user guides/trainings and change enablement collateral

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
