- Communicate information about the organization’s knowledge sharing processes and participate in training and orientation sessions.
- Train end users to utilize new and existing SharePoint applications.
- Support training sessions to maintain and implement knowledge management procedures.
- Assist the client with the use of collaborative tools in order to share information across various organizations.
- Monitor and redesign processes to ensure they are effective.
- Provide documentation and technical support.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with SharePoint sites and applications.
- Ability to mentor and provide training in various disciplines (e.g., SharePoint, InfoPath, Enterprise Content Management).
- Experience using SharePoint 2013/2016.
- Experience working with content management policies and procedures in a government/DoD environment.
- Reporting and dashboarding experience utilizing SharePoint/SQL/Excel is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or an additional 4 years of work experience)
- Must be eligible for a Public Trust
