SummaryCHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLCFt Campbell, KYThe G1 HR OPNS Support Analyst, Senior shall provide expertise, advice and assistance to the Commanders and staff on matters related to personnel policy and readiness, personnel accounting and strength accounting, awards and decorations, personnel actions and RESET programs.Responsibilities

Maintain most current policy and procedures for Human Resource Operations.

Ensure Commanders and staff are updated with most current personnel policy and readiness, personnel accounting and strength accounting, awards and decorations, personnel actions and RESET programs.

Develop and track personnel plans and programs in support of the daily and contingency operations.

Ensure appropriate number of personnel are available to meet unit mission requirements.

Maintain daily and contingency operational needs and requirements of Human Resource Operations.

Provide H/R coordination in garrison to support units during training exercises and contingency operations.

Provide seamless support to units during daily, training, and contingency operations.

Provide H/R support to meet needs during daily, training, and contingency operations.

Process Officer Candidate School direct select packets, ROTC Scholarship packets in accordance with all essential information to meet OCS and ROTC packet submission requirements.

Process Exception to Policy (ETP) requests on stabilization and stop loss moves; Operational Deferments/Deletions, awards, evaluations, and separations; SQI/MOS/ASI classification/reclassification, AWOL and Dropped from the Roll Actions.

Process, monitor, review, and update Enlisted and Officer Record Briefs. Monitor and process orders and reassignment orders.

Maintain accurate Enlisted and Officer Record Briefs/orders and reassignment orders.

Monitor Brigade and/or Division MOS and skill level strengths; analyze, process, and update Unit Status Reporting.

Prepare memorandums, letters, and reports for Command Group signature.

Maintain and provide suggested changes to HR regulations, policies and messages, review, and monitor HR policy changes from DA, HRC, and FORSCOM.

Maintain most recent H/R regulations, policies, and messages.

Provide technical guidance and direction on HR related functions, prepare and update files on automated data process systems.

Collect and consolidate weekly installation PERSTAT.

Provide accurate and reliable customer service support to units assigned to Fort Campbell in G1 as well as unit S1 locations on all HR task listed in Sub-Task 5.2.2. (a-q)

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in HR on matters related to personnel policy and readiness.

Possess an Active Secret Clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge in personnel accounting and strength accounting.

Ability to lead a team of HR Logistics Analyst

Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security clearance.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Ability to read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions.

Ability to effectively present information to management, employees, and government personnel.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Ability to define problems, collection information and establish facts.

Experience in developing and tracking personnel plans and programs and HR policies.

Experience in maintaining and providing suggested changes to HR regulations, policies, and messages from DA, HRC, and FORSCOM.
