80532BRJob Title:SAP S/4HANA AnalystDepartment/Function:Human ResourcesJob Description:SAP S/4HANA Analyst – WM-EWM, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY.Analyze business processes and develop, document and deliver end-to-end SAP processes and systems solutions as part of the IT delivery team. Participate in end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW). Partner with development team members to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and adhere to needed quality. Provide input to role-based security designs and solutions. Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of work experience in information technology.Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

One of the following SAP modules: Warehouse Management (WM) or Inventory Management;

SAP solutions covering the following: definition of warehouse structures, picking and put away strategies, transfer orders, RF integration, batch management, handling unit management, pallet labels, cross docking, slotting, yard management, tolling, external warehouse integration;

Integrating WM with Production Planning, Transportation Management or Quality Management Modules;

Integrating WM with Manufacturing Execution Systems; and

Implementing processes in SAP to maintain inventory or increase warehouse efficiency.

Must have completed at least two (2) full lifecycle SAP deployments.
