Director/Manager Financial Reporting

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Director/Manager Financial Reporting in Northern Kentucky. The selected candidate will primarily be in charge of managing financial accounting and reporting activities, providing oversight for all areas including budget performance and analysis, and leading the team in various finance-related tasks. Responsibilities: Lead the team in financial accounting and monthly reporting activities, ensuring all reports are in the local statutory format. Act as the main liaison for Department Managers, overseeing all areas including monthly spending and Budget Performance and analysis. Manage and develop Financial Analysts to support all reporting Finance requirements, including FP& A ad hoc responsibilities. Take on the responsibility of integrating Tagetik in the PEAK project. Handle B/S forecasting and cash generation projections. Supervise accounting processes, budgeting, and financial reporting, while also developing and maintaining reporting for future acquisitions. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Reporting and Budgeting team, ensuring effective execution of career development, succession planning, and performance management systems. Oversee the LE forecasting process and reporting. Manage the annual and semi-annual budgeting process as well as Overhead and Balance Sheet projections. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. Familiarity with BlackLine software is a must. Knowledge of EPS is essential. Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Must be well-versed with Accounting Functions. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is needed. Auditing skills are necessary. Familiarity with Balance Sheet Account is required. Proficiency in Budget Processes is essential.
