Description Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales representatives and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Team: Collaborate closely with sales representatives to provide administrative and logistical support throughout the sales process.

Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Order Processing: Manage order entry and processing tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Sales Collateral: Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and documents to support sales efforts.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.

Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales representatives as needed.

Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members, providing guidance on processes and procedures.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.

Knowledge of sales processes and principles is a plus.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
