Other responsibilities will be participating in safety and housekeeping efforts, working on customer claims, solving quality issues, help maintain the quality systems, and working closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure continuous improvement. This teammate must be prepared to eagerly take on a variety of job tasks, working in a fast-paced environment to meet the changing demands of our customers and the Nucor team.[[custsafetyState]]Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, Nucor Steel Brandenburg will not sponsor the need for a visa now or in the future.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Material Science Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with materials characterization and failure analysis
Experience with steel manufacturing processes
