Location: Bowling Green, KY Category: Staff Posted On: Wed Jun 26 2024 Job Description: This position will be responsible for developing and preparing the initial budget for all grants in the department. In addition, this position will work closely with staff at WKU office of sponsored Programs and Grants Accounting to ensure all necessary systems and requirements are maintained, recorded and reported appropriately.This position will also work closely with WKU purchasing department to ensure that all purchasing within the department is done and systems followed appropriately and in line with budgets and funding regulations.This position will also be responsible for personnel tasks for T/TAS. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff are paid from the appropriate project, maintain required records for the department and WKU, prepare and submit all personnel related paperwork, including maintaining timekeeping documents and submissions.Job Requirements:

Associate Degree

Experience working with budgets
