RF Miller Homes is hiring full time maintenance help for our Cave City, KY Location.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns and ongoing work order
Curb appeal and maintenance of the property
The idea candidate will have some home maintenance experience. They will be able to paint, repair small leaks, change out a light fixture, repair small odds and ends. Evening and weekends on call availability for emergencies is helpful but not required. Must be willing to learn new skills and pay can increase as new skills are learned.
Valid driver's license and insurance required, must also be able to pass a criminal background and drug check
Pay to start is $10-14/hr depending on skill level
