Qualifications:
- Must be able to submit reports on time by mandatory due dates.
- Must be able to provide an accurate and quality report defined by client specifications.
- Experience in this field is preferred, but a highly driven and independent person will succeed as well.

- Measuring device to measure square footage of building
- Must pass background check
