- Pay Range: $38-47/hr

- Conversion Bonus upon full time hire = up to $5000 (based on experience)

Your Role:

- Conduct Return to Service (RTS) inspections and approve aircraft.

- Inspect aircraft, engines, components, and tools for compliance.

- Verify maintenance actions, document findings, and ensure accuracy.

- Research technical data and support maintenance teams.

What We’re Looking For

- 3-4 years of aircraft maintenance experience (1+ year with corporate/commercial jets).

- A&P Certificate and 2+ years of RTS experience.

- Strong ability to interpret engineering documents and manuals.
