Right now, California’s fire-affected areas have an urgent demand for temporary and permanent housing — and we’re hiring motivated remote salespeople to help meet that need.
We provide two weeks of paid training (hourly) to get you up to speed, then you move to commission-only — with realistic monthly earnings of $5,000 to $20,000+ for top performers.
About the Role:
Make outbound calls to targeted California homeowners, contractors, investors, and businesses in fire-affected areas
Qualify leads using proven scripts and CRM tools
Set appointments for our California-based closing team (no travel required)
Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and text
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments

Two weeks paid training (hourly $18-$25 depending on state)
High-commission structure — $5,000 to $20,000+ per month is realistic
All leads and scripts provided — you focus on calling and qualifying

Requirements:
Previous phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience preferred
Comfortable making 40–60 calls/day
Clear speaking voice and professional communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven
