In this position, you will be responsible for customer support in a retail setting, including:
- Assisting customers who enter the store by finding out what they’re looking for and guiding them to best options.
- Completing transactions by entering order information into Square system.
We use the Square platform and while it’s an easy to navigate system, you must be comfortable using a computer.
You must also have knowledge of and experience using social media platforms. You will be creating posts and promoting our company via digital posts to maximize engagement. Must post on company’s social media page 3 times daily via Facebook, highlighting pieces of current inventory with image(s) of item(s) to increase community networking and consumer traffic to our stores.
Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements:
- Bilingual (speaks both Spanish and English)
- Must be able to work a combination of 1 or 2 weekdays AND 1 or 2 days over the weekend.
- Some Sales experience preferred / but not mandatory
- Must be a hard worker who is a reliable and dedicated employee
- Must have ability to follow directions and complete tasks
- Must be punctual and on time every shift that you are scheduled to work
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using a computer (for data entry, order processing, and daily social media posts with pictures promoting current inventory)

- Pay is $13 an hour with room for growth
- Pay increase consideration to $14 after positive 6-month performance review and up to $15 after positive 12-month performance review
