We are in need of a full time Residential Leasing Agent! Flexible hours based around Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, and Friday, 8:00AM to 12:00PM. This position includes benefits such as paid holidays, paid vacations, a QuikTrip gas card, paid personal time, and health insurance. Duties to include showing vacant properties, processing rental applications, coordinating preparation of new vacancies to lease, maintaining vacancy listings on websites, and other tasks associated with Property Management. This will also consist of training to move into a Property Manager position for the right person. Must have a clean, reliable vehicle.
