SBM Management is searching for a Utility Technician! Responsible for operating a motorized cart and floor scrubber. This person will be supplied with their own tools and equipment. This person must be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
Responsibilities
Manage daily waste removal route.
Manage daily floor scrubbing route.
Respond to work orders/customer requests.
Follow all company Procedures, policies and rules.
Operate a riding floor scrubber.
Provide daily maintenance for a riding floor scrubber.
Operate a motorized cart.
Provide daily maintenance of a motorized cart
Maintain daily log sheets.
Maintain clean working area.
Any other duties requested by management.
Requirements
Must be a Legal US Citizen
High school Diploma/GED with 6 months to 1 year of Custodial or janitorial experience is preferred
Be able to work both outdoors and in an indoor production environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Be able to take initiative, work as a team member and communicate effectively
Be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
Shift: First
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
