This would be for a general labor position. Lots of training will be provided so you must be willing to learn, have basic aptitude and be healthy enough to move things. This is also 1099. I’m currently in Colorado so interviews will be over zoom, then there will be an in person interview once I’m back. Pay is every Friday. Experience is a plus but not required - really just need a hard worker - willing to learn - and doesn’t steal. Text only, I don't have time for phone calls.
Job duties:
Demo, frame, run electrical, plumb, drywall, trim, paint, lay flooring, carpentry, tile, set cabinets, moving supplies, insulation, landscapingetc
Pay:
Starts at 15$/hr
Raises come if you stick around longer than 3 months
Requirements:
-Must have your own transportation
-Must be in shape - be able to lift sheet rock, move lumber, spread gravel, etc
-Must know how to work a full day
-Must not smoke during work hours
-Must be reliable - no call no shows/constantly calling in sick (don’t call in sick second day)
-Must have own PPE
Future Growth:
If you’re not aware, tradesman easily make over 30/hr. You will be learning a career that will always be in need and can easily be turned into business opportunities making over 100k a year.
Project:
Major home renovation. I buy and remodel homes.
Also for theft prevention there are no backpacks allowed on site, trips to your vehicle or friends allowed to stop by. Pretty strictly enforced due to all the issues I've had in the past.
