Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Social Media Specialist will execute marketing activities for a specific marketing channel, which may include digital platforms, social media or other channels. In this role, you will partner with other marketing teams to optimize customer engagement, advance the company's positioning and generate demand for the assigned products, brands and categories within the channel. You will contribute to maximizing marketing profit and revenue growth and optimizing channel performance.Key Accountabilities

Implement marketing strategies and plans for a specific channel to ensure efficient and effective content, execution and activation initiatives that align with overall marketing and business goals.

Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute complex events within the channel to enable cohesive positioning, lead capture, reach and engagement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain channel access and platforms to enable strong reach and positioning within the channel.

Measure channel performance and perform channel attribution to support continuous improvement.

Stay informed about broader industry events, technologies and best practices to understand channel trends and help optimize channel performance.

Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing strategy execution

Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, demand generation and activation and or content delivery
