Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesResearch, analyze and reconcile reimbursement policies and procedures to ensure optimal reimbursement from public/private payers.
Perform error analysis for disputed/denied claims and provides recommendations for process improvements.
Assist with third party audits when necessary.
Investigate, evaluate, recommend and implement fee updates and new fees.
Act as a resource for information on public/private payer assistance and guidelines.
Research reimbursement issues as necessary.
Train and coach staff regarding proper coding and reimbursement policies and procedures.
RequirementsEducation:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
Medical knowledge is a plus.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted to insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations for medical equipment and supplies.
