This outstanding opportunity includes $20/hr - $22/hr, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, PTO, paid training, and a consistent Monday - Friday schedule. The Installation Service Technician is an essential partner in our business. As you work in our client’s homes, you become the trusted provider of window treatment solutions from start to finish. You will install, troubleshoot, and devise solutions for sophisticated installations of high-end, interior window treatments. This is a full-time, W-2 position. THE OFFER
$20 - $22/hr. based on experience
Paid time off - 2 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, and 9 paid holidays

Health Insurance Stipend - full quarter $250 (taxable)

You have on-the-job experience using power tools
You have in-home installation and carpentry experience

WHAT YOU BRING
3+ years of on-the-job experience as a carpenter, installer, or similar
Clean driving record and valid KS Driver’s License
The ability to pivot and problem-solve when things don’t go to plan
Ability to raise standards and improve processes with meticulous execution
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
