Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeJob DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will learn the functions of all aspects of the sales team—Inside Sales, Fabrication Sales, and Outside Sales. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining, developing, and growing both new and established customer accounts. You will serve as the primary contact for these accounts, handling inbound calls and emails from customers, as well as making outbound calls and emails to current and prospective customers. Additionally, you will quote pricing and lead time, communicate expectations with the customer, manage orders both internally and externally, and coordinate daily with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
