City Wide Facility Solutions, a sales and management company in the building maintenance industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Environmental Service Lead (EVS Lead) 2nd shift. As an EVS Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the environmental service operations at our client facilities. This includes ensuring quality service delivery, training and supervising staff, and building strong relationships with clients.At City Wide Facility Solutions, we pride ourselves on being more than just a management company. Manage and supervise a team of environmental service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Conduct regular inspections of client facilities to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
Create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
Oversee employee scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for client needs
Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate records and prepare timely reports on service activities
Requirements
Must be able to work 2nd shift, starting at 5:00pm
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the environmental services industry
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
