Customer Service Job Description:

Takes inbound service requests

Makes outbound calls to follow up on services done

Assists with office paperwork

Conducts survey calls to customers with recent service

Work with the department managers to resolve issues & track findings

What we’re looking for:

An interactive personality

Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills

Decision making focused on creating "wins" for both the customer and Simmons Plumbing

Able to multi-task under pressure while keeping an upbeat attitude

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to quickly learn new software systems a plus

What you can expect:

Work schedule: 40 hours/week during normal office hours of 8:00am and 5:00 pm

$17/hour with possibility of bonus after training
