We are currently seeking full time customer Service reps for our local company. We are Dubia.com. We are a company that specializes in raising and selling live insects for the reptile food industry. We do everything in-house here in Wichita and ship our products nationwide. Our customer service reps handle a variety of tasks! These tasks will include answering customer questions via email, social media, and direct messaging. You will also be working close with our shipping dept to ensure quality on orders and make any last minute changes on orders by customer requests. This position is a "work on site" position with the possibility of working from home after training is complete. There will always be a requirement for on site work even after training. Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week. Start time between 7 and 8am. Full benefits after 60 days. PTO and daily paid breaks!
