Gohfr is an on-demand delivery service helping businesses and service providers deliver their goods to their customers.
This is a contract position and you will be paid competitively per delivery. The client is a large medical company and this position will be responsible for picking up medical items from the local storage center in Topeka, KS and then delivering the items to the patient's location(s) which can be within a 2 hour radius from the Topeka, KS service location.
This role can be used to supplement extra income if you are open to a flexible position and being called for an order OnDemand. Ideal scenario is to have a team or partner driver to execute on these orders.
Deliveries will occur any anytime during the day, afternoon, evening, and weekends & holidays. Individuals that work in driver teams are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Availability to pickup and execute deliveries across a broad region
- Reliable car, SUV, or truck
- A modern Android or Apple Smartphone with data plan to utilize the Gohfr app
- Active U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required)
- 3+ year(s) of licensed and demonstrated, driving experience in a delivery capacity
- Experience driving for other Gig Apps highly preferred
- Clear a background check both criminal and driving record history
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Drivers bilingual in English and other languages are beneficial
- Current profile photo of driver
- Obtain and maintain personal vehicle insurance minimums required by your insurance carrier
- Current Kansas vehicle registration & inspection sticker
- Complete IRS Form W-9 in order to receive a 1099 at end of tax year
