Our lease purchase trucking jobs are designed to make you your own boss. We want you to get a consistent weekly paycheck in addition to building true ownership in a truck. Every lease purchase driver gets the choice of deciding how to repay us for their truck. Truck drivers can choose between a fixed weekly payment or they can choose a variable per mile truck payment. We are a small company, with about 50-60 trucks, our CSA scores are good and we run safe and compliant. We have Elite Prepass, a fleet "wigh my truck" account, and offer medical, vision and dental. We run all of the midwest and southeast. If you are in the Kansas City area, we can get you home as often as you need to. We are 100% reefer. Our trucks are all 2014 and you can have the title within 18 months. We have a shop here to take care of any repairs and maintenance.
