Whitesell Services, LLC is a Property Preservation company located in Southeast KS that is looking to expand into your immediate and surrounding area. We are currently looking for motivated individuals/Contractors that would like to join our team and grow together. Experience with property preservation is a plus but NOT required, onsite training is available in order to ensure that jobs are completed correctly the first time to reduce follow up visits to the property at contractors own expense.
SERVICES NEEDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Routine Inspections – These include biweekly inspections of the property to maintain the “Ready to Show” condition of the property and to address any discrepancies. The Routine Inspections must be done by the due date and cannot go overdue. This includes photo documentation of the interior and exterior of the property. This also includes light cleaning of interior and exterior of property and remedy Health & Safety concerns. This requires a minimum of 75 photos and there is a Property Condition Report/Survey (PCR) that must be submitted.
Yard Maintenance – This is done biweekly and includes mowing the grass, trimming back all hedges and trees away from the property, weed eating, and removing all debris. Grass clippings must not be on any driveway or walkways. These are sometimes issued to vendors assigned the Routines, but not always. This requires a minimum of 30 photos to include; property lines, front, sides and back yard. (Price would depend on size of yard).
(YARD MAINTENANCE STARTS APRIL 1ST)
Snow Removal- Is just assigned as needed, this will include clearing the driveway and a path to the door.
Trip Charge- For all work orders assigned that are located 40 miles or more from the primary residence of the Contractor the Vendor will pay the Contractor TBD/per mile round trip. This will only be paid for one trip per assigned work order and does not apply to follow-up work orders if the Contractor has to return to the property to complete any missed tasks.
This is just some of the opportunities/services that will be needed. Other services may be required that both parties agree on.
