MUST HAVE CURRENT KANSAS PARAMEDICPOSITION TITLE:Paramedic, Transport TeamReports to: Operations Manager, Transports Team LeadPart-time, PRNNot eligible for full time benefitsA drug free workplaceAn Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO)At-will employmentCompensation:Paid hourly with built in OT that equals:Starting at $4000 per weekUp to $4400 per week for CCT/FPC Employee will be provided with a pre-paid debit card to use for food, etc.Lodging will be provided and paid for by EMS UnlimitedOvertime paid according to State and Federal LawJob Summary:Perform duties associated with basic and advanced medical and first aid services and emergency medical care to the sick and injured in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and EMS Unlimited policies in the setting of ambulance and transport operations.Additional opportunities within EMS Unlimited may be made available or required throughout the year based on operational needs, including responding to wildfire and disaster assignments plus many special projects that come up through the year.Schedule:7 day's - 168 hoursLodging and food allowanceEssential duties and responsibilities:Maintaining and encouraging EMS Unlimited values in yourself and your coworkers;Responding to emergency and non-emergency requests calmly, efficiently and promptly;Administering basic and advanced life support to patients at the scene, in a prehospital/pre-transport setting in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations and standards; Conducting medical equipment inventory. Cleaning, organizing and restocking supplies in a ready condition after each use;Working cooperatively with assisting agencies.
