From organizing and directing activities to optimizing financial and staffing resources, your leadership will be crucial in aligning with agency objectives. Acting as the key liaison with top program officials, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you'll drive efficiency and success at every level.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Contract & Task Order Management:

Oversee the implementation of complex contract requirements and ensure successful execution of task orders.

Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all contract and task order support activities.

Review contract operations, management reports, and task performance metrics to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Government Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for high-level program officials regarding issues, contract status, and task order execution.

Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), and stakeholders to ensure contract alignment with agency objectives.

Provide strategic guidance and insights to ensure government expectations and contractual obligations are met.

Financial & Resource Management:

Coordinate financial and staffing resources to ensure adequate support for contract operations.

Oversee budget execution, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and contract compliance.

Manage and monitor the activities of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with program goals and performance requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze contract performance data and provide regular reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

Identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Ensure compliance with agency policies, operational standards, and performance objectives.

Recruitment, Training & Staff Development:

Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure qualified personnel are staffed to meet contract requirements.

Implement training programs to keep employees up to date on agency programs, policies, and performance objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience managing complex government contracts, task orders, or large-scale operational programs.

Strong understanding of government contracting processes, task order management, and compliance requirements.

Proven experience in financial management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-level government officials and stakeholders.

Experience leading multi-functional teams, managing subcontractors, and driving program success.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and improve operational performance metrics.
