Job Overview:
We are looking for drivers to transport passengers using their own cars, similar to a taxi service. As we are just starting out, we are offering a special incentive: the first 10 drivers who meet our conditions will earn 80% of the fare paid by passengers. This is significantly higher than the industry standard, where most taxi companies pay their drivers around 50%.
These first 10 drivers will be our VIP drivers and will continue to earn 80% of passenger fares. Drivers who join after the first 10 will be categorized under our standard terms, earning 65-75% of the fare, which is still more competitive than the typical 50% offered by other companies.
VIP Driver Conditions:
To qualify as a VIP driver and earn the 80% rate, you must be fully available for our service. This means you cannot be working for other taxi companies, as we need you to be ready to accept ride requests from our passengers without any scheduling conflicts. Therefore, individuals who are unemployed, stay-at-home parents, or those not currently employed by another taxi company have an advantage.
Please note that starting out may be challenging, but if you stay with us and the company successfully grows, you will continue to earn 80% of fares as long as our costs do not significantly increase.
