A well established company is looking for a full time assistant to our CEO.
Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
Driving CEO, COO, family members, and guests
Facilitate remote working, transporting checks, paper work, etc.
Maintaining rolling things and keeping up to date logs on such.
Car or bicycle mechanics preferred, but not mandatory.
Assisting in chores and running errands as directed.
Accompanying the CEO and/or immediate family members on trips
Soliciting and coordinating quotes for various projects and adventures.
Ideal candidate should possess the followings:
Clean driving record
Some college, or similar background preferred
Drug free
A sunny disposition
Reliable transport, however a car will be provided for work.
Candidate must be willing to work some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
The position is for 45 hours a week.
Ability to self direct
Mechanical Aptitude is a plus. Can you build a sand box? Change a tire? Good work.
Strong Communication skills are welcome
Retail experience is appreciated
Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must.
Ability to operate a screen printing machine puts you way ahead.
