Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician/ Handy-man to service our rental homes. The candidate must have a valid identification/ Drivers license and pass a background check. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform various repairs. We ideally would like to find someone that can bid labor, and we would supply materials.
We have a few mobile homes that need remodeled. We would supply materials.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Clean/restore recently vacated homes.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and grounds
Change bulbs, locks/keys.
Must be able to install or assist with the installation of appliances
Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair
Ability to physically manage painting, and/or pressure washing.
Assist with the removal of trash or belongings in vacant units.
Assist in prepping units for painting.
Assist with the diagnosis and assist with minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, involving, but not limited to:
Minor Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
A/C and heating systems (both electric and gas)
Electric and gas appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, water heaters, etc.)
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction will also be considered.
A Valid Driver's License, and reliable transportation.
Having the ability to interact well with a wide range of people

Potential of being full time payroll employee with paid time off and holiday pay.
Potential on-site manager position.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule would depend on what the vendor would decide, but there would be a deadline for remodels.
