This is a part time Wireless Sales Expert position with TracFone! TracFone is located in the electronics/wireless department inside of Walmart. It is a retail sales position dealing with pre-paid wireless services such as TracFone, Straight Talk, etc. and activating phones and plans for guests. This is a sales position focused on proactive guest engagement and sales, not just customer service. 20-30 hrs per week.
The typical schedule would be Wed-Sat or Thurs-Sun, from 10am to 6pm. The hourly pay starts at $11.00 an hour + uncapped commission, with the commission you are looking at $13-$15 an hour. The breakdown is $1 per prepaid box sold. Hourly is paid weekly; the commission is paid biweekly.
