Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose.Job DescriptionOlsson offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As a Senior Engineer on our Water Resources team, you will serve as a project manager and will be involved in client relations, marketing, and business development efforts for the team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

Review planning/design documents, and review contracts.

Travel to job sites for observation in all types of terrain and weather conditions, as well as project sites in various stages of construction.

Serve as lead engineer on complex projects and provide high-level technical engineering design.

Act as an advisor and mentor on complex projects.

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well with a team

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Degree in civil or environmental engineering

Professional Engineering License

8 or more years of engineering experience

4 years of experience leading or mentoring

Experience in stormwater and water resources; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, master planning, stream restoration or stormwater design a plus
