Job Description SummaryGE HealthCare Imaging offers intelligent imaging devices and software solutions, designed to improve clinical decisions, imaging operations and exam workflow efficiency.As a member of the Value Propositions and Insights team, and as a trusted advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will partner with business leaders to uncover and activate deep customer and market insights that help shape our product strategy and go to market. This will include designing and executing primary market research projects at a global scale, compiling and synthetizing secondary research, and running special programs that help Product Marketers craft compelling value propositions supported by solid evidence.At GE HealthCare, we see possibilities through innovation. Plan, design and execute primary market research projects that uncover deep customer insights to help shape our product strategy and go to market

Identify, compile and synthesize secondary market research

Develop and implement effective research methodologies, ensuring data accuracy and relevance

Prepare tailored reports and presentations outlining research findings, recommendations and strategic implications

Analyze healthcare market trends, competitor strategies and customer behavior to inform business decision making

Develop expertise across multiple product lines, markets and customer segments.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key business objectives and recommend best research practices to help improve products, processes or services.

Lead others to find creative solutions to address complex projects. Evaluate quality of information received and question conflicting data for analysis. Use multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate complex messages and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view. Influence peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Market Research)

Proven experience in market research, with a track record of successful project management

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques

Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate research insights into actionable business strategies

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
