Ensure the company adheres to applicable regulations and industry standards.

Create and maintain compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments, and codes of conduct.

Implement controls to detect and prevent non-compliance, reviewing practices for regulatory alignment.

Conduct audits, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance.

Manage investigations into compliance issues, ethics violations, and misconduct, ensuring proper corrective actions.

Identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance-related risks to avoid penalties or reputational damage.

Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong ethics, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Skilled at managing multiple projects independently and effectively prioritizing tasks.

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.

Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Experience in the wireless industry and relationship management, with the ability to travel and work closely with leadership.

Thrives in fast-paced environments; familiarity with database basics is a plus.
