Maintenance Manager

Job Description- Manage, establish, and communicate directions and priorities for maintenance team.- Drive maintenance and reliability initiative focused on preventive and predictive rather than reactive maintenance.- Developing and maintaining department KPI and goals, monitoring for efficiencies, labor cost, and other department expenses- Partnering with cross functional teams to manage, maintain and establish maintenance procedures for Production lines to ensure demand targets are met and exceeded.- Maintain manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals.- Provides training and continuous development to both direct and indirect team members.- Conduct periodic reviews for team performance and actively engage in team member development.- Actively promote continuous improvement culture within maintenance areas (floor support, schedulers, MRO planners, and leadership- Solid track record of Safety improvements through Behavioral Based Safety Hazard identifications and risk assessment- Establish work with solid AC+R process (Asset Care and Reliability)Skills and Requirements- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment- Strong continuous process improvement skills- Strong experience developing KPIs, enforcing/developing predictive and preventative maintenance- Lean Six Sigma methodology- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Bachelors degree (engineering highly preferred) nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
