IT Audit Manager

Description We are in the process of recruiting an IT Audit Manager to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. This role involves testing controls and ensuring the overall smooth running of our IT systems. Responsibilities: Assisting with the testing of IT controls to ensure they are functioning as intended. Utilizing systems such as Accounting Software Systems, Audit Program, Business systems, CobiT, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to perform tasks effectively. Conducting regular audits of Accounting Functions to maintain the integrity of our financial records. Applying Auditing skills to review and improve business processes. Filling the role of Audit Senior, leading audit projects and guiding entry level team members. Ensuring Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Preparing and presenting Financial Statements for review by senior management. Using skills in IT and audit to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT systems. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of audit recommendations. Collaborating with other departments to optimize business processes and systems Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of IT Audit Management. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Demonstrated ability to work with Business Systems. Familiarity with CobiT is a must. Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is necessary. Proven knowledge of Accounting Functions. Prior experience in Auditing and serving as an Audit Senior is essential. Must possess strong competency in Compliance matters. Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements. Understanding of Audit Program is a must.
