THE POSITIONThe HR Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing time and attendance processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the HR department. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, providing process and systems support, and ensuring data integrity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:Collaboration with team members and stakeholders across the business, HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to understand the business needs to drive sustainable time and attendance processes.Work closely with HR and payroll to ensure seamless integration and operation of processes.Develop and implement time and attendance process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to time and attendance.Create and maintain documentation for time and attendance processes and systemsProvide support for time and attendance systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Participating in new projects and implementations.Managing multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.Extensive data analysis for auditing, accuracy, and areas for improvement.Providing training support for time and attendance to key users, managers, and employees.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. All other duties as assigned.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:Travel (as needed)Hours (40 per week M-F with occasional overage to meet critical deadlines/resolve critical issues)The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.
