Job Description SummaryManufacturing is key to our work at GE Aerospace. If you want a hands-on opportunity to advance flight for future generations, this is the team for you.This role will act as a leader in Global Repair Solutions and will have shared accountability for delivering results by leading NPI activities for all Global Repair Solutions sites. This role will be an extension of the team as a hands-on business partner helping lead NOW efforts, part transitions, new repair industrializations and track RSS & RDR closures.Job Description Remote work arrangement available!Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead NPI rhythm with cross-region and cross functional teams on industrialization progress.

Focal point for all RDR tracking, RRL9 commit & RRL10 BED follow up with cross functional teams.

Responsible for establishing standard work as it aligns with part transitions or new repairs.

Own the cost metric for Global Repair Solutions and drive improvement projects where necessary to achieve targets.

Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and process across all areas of the organization.

Utilize experience of expertise to solve problems, execute objectives for self and others and customers, and effect short- and long-term vision.

Drive measurable improvements within the business.

Partner with operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess continuous improvement opportunities for GE and its partners.

Bring new ideas, motivation, and positive support to all levels of the Global Repair Solutions Team.

Interface with internal/external contacts in an effective manner to ensure that technology and processes are positioned for current and future events.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 3+ years of project management experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of project management experience).

Desired Characteristics :

Experience with FLIGHT DECK and Lean. Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and customer focused outcomes.

Functional Services or a combination of Services and Supply Chain experience.

Experience in customer relationship or other external partner relationship management.

Functional leadership experience internal/external and across GE Aerospace.

Ability to drive improvement strategies while coaching teams through problem solving techniques

Proven ability to effectively collaborate in a highly effective team to achieve results; working across large matrix organizations to identify and execute actions and continuous improvement for critical business processes.

Financial awareness in services business.

Demonstrated problem solving capability, waiting ability to coach teams through.

Strong interpersonal leadership and written communication

Transparent shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.

Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritize work as work goals or KPI drive.

Ability to work autonomously. Will work closely with global teams and cross functional groups.
