- Be available on the defect triaging bridges to triage & manage defects
- Provide suggestions and action plans based on defect RCA analysis
- Follow up with application teams if defects are being worked offline
- Maintain defect tracker and provide defect summary
- Provide end-to-end support to QA, Business team for scenario executions
- Closely working with Product owners to assist them in assessing the impact of Production/Customer
- Experience in troubleshooting defects, providing logs, developing scripts, and/or being able to use existing tools in the system for troubleshooting
- Record proper RCA for defect
- Maintain the Contact/page/escalate matrix of application teams for defect triaging and follow-ups
- Generate reports, status, and review with executives including directors, Sr. directors, and the business team. ( Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
- Experience in defect triage, prioritization, and troubleshooting with the help of logs (Splunk/AppDynamics/Grafana)
- Experience in leading/management of teams
- Knowledge of data formats: XML, JSON, CSV
- Unix Systems skills; Amazon AWS, SQL
- Working experience in JIRA, Test Data management tools, and manual testing
- Experience in leading defect triage bridges.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication & documentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
- Rest API Testing Experience
- Experience in the Telecom domain
- Identify and validate test scenarios to be executed which is aligned with business requirements for new and BAU features
- Telecom domain knowledge of BSS (Business Support System) / OSS (Operations Support System)
- Expertise in SQL, able to write and execute ad-hoc queries
- Identify potential areas for automation and develop automation scripts.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
