Experienced Labor ForemanDeSoto, KSPay: $36-$40 depending on experienceShift:6:30AM - 5PM Monday through Friday6:30-3:30 Saturdays/(Sundays optional) - can work as much as you want - up to 90 hours per week.Job Description:Functions as a working foreman while leading and supervising laborers to complete work.Will report directly to the Project Foreman, and will have 8-15 laborers under them.Typically, will be assigned one section of the building to clean and maintain for the duration of the project.Plan, organize, supervise, and complete labor projects and/or assignments.Lead, direct, and coordinate work of the contractor's labor employees, subs, and other vendors.Manage schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adhere to project budget and safety.Skills:
