Location: Olathe,KSProject Start Date: ASAPDuration: 9+ MonthsExperience: 5-8 Years Job Description: class="gmail-Apple-interchange-newline" -EUC Administration, , Field Support Service, Mobile & Common (printer) Device mgmt, Procurement and Asset mgmt Good to have skills-Good-to-Have VMware Horizon, IGEL Thin Client, Altiris, Google Workspace, SCCM, O365 Key responsibilities-Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve the tickets which required onsite support Coordinate within Vendor’s and other support teams for ticket resolution Utilize Known Error Database (KEDB) to perform workplace tasks Schedule Supported Device installation, Software and Hardware activity with End User at their convenience to minimize disruptionParticipate during major incidents located on the dedicated sites for touch support requirements (if any required)Manage any end-user service requests (e.g., desktop, mobile) which require local interaction at the supported sites.Support the following non-Customer standard end user devices and best effort support for devices KeywordsEnd User Computing consist of all the devices used by the end user for their computing purpose such as desktop laptop and mobile devices.
