Job Title: Construction Laborer-APPLY ASAP-IMMEDIATE HIRIRNGJob DescriptionThe construction laborer will work from 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime based on project needs. The role involves performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to support daily operations at a construction site. The primary goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while aiding the overall project.Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks including demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.
Support daily operations and overall project requirements.
Use various power tools and small machinery safely and effectively.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Essential Skills
3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete, carpentry, and forklift.
Ability to speak about safety precautions in a construction environment.
Possession of OSHA 10 certification.
Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, scissor lift, and scaffolding.
Experience with loading, lifting, tape measure, hammer, and saw.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Ability to perform construction activities safely and efficiently.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Strong reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
Ability to pass back check, drug screen, physical capacity profile, and E-Verify.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
